Hi, I've been tinkering with this for a while now, but the issue is not fixed with the patch mentioned. The issue is with using distro's libical which is way ahead the one contained in the package. If you avoid applying patch claws-mail-no-internal-libical.patch and deleting libical on the spec, it works... If you need it I have a calendar invitation that reproduces the error easily. Thanks, Xabi
Fedora's "No Bundled Libraries" policy has been kicked: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:No_Bundled_Libraries -> https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Bundling_and_Duplication_of_system_libraries Building with the bundled one would be a good work-around. The bundled libical is an unknown version. It seems to be ancient. In its headers, @VERSION@ and @PACKAGE@ gets substituted with Claws Mail and its version.
