Thanks for the report. Can you upload to some online storage /var/cache/dnf/x86_64/f22/ directory with all enabled repositories (or try `dnf update --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=<repo> -C` for each repo and upload only the crushing one), please? After backing it up and can you run again `dnf update --refresh`? Does it work after redownloading new metadata?
dnf update --refresh also crash. The /dnf/x86_64/f22/ after call dnf update(and before dnf update --refresh) have I uploaded to: http://www48.zippyshare.com/v/wNqHyt9B/file.html
It turned out that support for sha512 was missing in data_skip ;( Fixed in libsolv with commit #3f1627007cecdbe4b8f8f41ab560cac02266fb37

Package libsolv-0.6.11-1.fc22: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing libsolv-0.6.11-1.fc22' as soon as you are able to. Please go to the following url: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2015-10561/libsolv-0.6.11-1.fc22 then log in and leave karma (feedback).
su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing libsolv-0.6.11-1.fc22' is wrong in this case, because it will crash. It will call the broken dnf. But yum-deprecated do the job. Now dnf don't crash any more. Only the package for F21 is missing, because there is the bug.
libsolv-0.6.11-1.fc22 has been pushed to the Fedora 22 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
F21 update still missing.
