I am currently marking up items to be revised that I found in the install guide.
To appraise my markups, I used the 200 page pdf file as my base, and a libreoffice document to explain the revisions.

I will be uploading these two documents soon. I have vetted the first 100 pages of 200 pages, and would like to complete this work first before uploading an incomplete edit.

Hi, thanks for the report. It's a known issue; I'll fix it when I have a bit of time (it's not very high priority).

The install guide has been retired, therefore I'm closing this bug.
