Description of problem: /etc/udev/rules.d is administrator territory. Please move the rules file to /usr/lib/udev/rules.d (aka %{_udevrulesdir}). Also /etc/udev/rules.d/51-vdr.rules seems to duplicate rules already found in 50-udev-default.rules. Please drop 51-vdr.rules, and if anything is missing from 50-udev-default.rules, file a bug against systemd package. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): vdr-2.2.0-5.fc23.x86_64
All the stuff there seems to be duplicating defaults or handled otherwise nowadays (e.g. using the dialout group membership for serial port remote controllers), dropped.
Perfect, thanks.
I still see this in rawhide: $ dnf repoquery --releasever=rawhide -l vdr-remote|grep udev /etc/udev/rules.d/52-vdr-remote.rules
