Description of problem:

Currently there is no support of manila-ui plugin in Horizon Dashboard in RDO to have "shares" tab in Horizon Dashboard.

But If I install devstack(kilo) and then add the manila-ui plugin mentioned in [1] I could see the "Shares" tab in Horizon-Dashboard and could perform file share operations ( i.e create share/delete share/create share from snapshot etc)

Horizon supports manila, as described on your linked page.

I would expect, this is more a bug against RDO (as distribution), to include Manila-UI (and manila)
