Description of problem:
I try to enable gpgcheck for plugin and it is not possible. Plugin doesn't support configuration file in /etc/dnf/plugins/spacewalk.conf

dnf-plugin-spacewalk-2.4.10-1.fc22.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set gpgcheck for [main]
2. try to install packages from spacewalk which isn't signed
3. you can try other options

Actual results:
configuration file is not accepted 

Expected results:
it is possible set options for main and channels
