A couple of actions (e.g. action "Sending all processes the
TERM signal..." kill -15 -1) were added to
/etc/rc.d/init.d/single, but without "sourcing"
/etc/rc.d/init.d/functions.  Going into run level 1 thus
fails, saying that "action" is unknown.
