Kded seems to have an issue with the Fedora Look and Feel Workspace theme. For me, it kept crashing until I changed the theme to Breeze. Now the issue doesn't occur any more, even after changing the theme to the Fedora one again.

We discovered that there is a bug in kf5-plasma which causes the endless recursion in some cases (specifically when configured look-and-feel package is renamed or removed). Upstream fix: https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/124371/
