Cinnamon menu with two entries of Release Notes

Description of problem:
In Cinnamon, there are two menu entries for Release Notes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cinnamon-menus-2.6.0-1.fc22.x86_64
fedora-release-notes-22.02-1.fc22.noarch

How reproducible:
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ensure fedora-release-notes is installed
2. login to cinnamon session
3. click on the Menu button and go to System administration sub menu

Actual results:
Two times Fedora Release Notes

Expected results:
Only one menu entry for Release Notes

One of these menu entries is marked to only show in GNOME.  Cinnamon opts to show these menu entries.

This bug is gone in Fedora 23.
