widget import problems

Description of problem:
Trying to import widgets in CFME3.2 the GUI is screwed and you cannot import it

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CF3.2

How reproducible:
Try to import widgets in CFME3.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Cloud Intelligence -> Reports
2. Import/Export
3. Try to import Widgets

Actual results:
A list of widgets to import is shown, but there are not vertical arrow to scroll down, table is messy...

Expected results:
A list of widgets is seen to be able to select some of them, a proper vertical arrow to scroll down...

Please note that is also happening for dialog import, not only for widgets, so it should be a common component of CF causing this issue.
