Description of problem:

volume failed to start due to recursive links. The steps that are done but not sure this is the cause
1. Deleted the snapshots
2. Stopped the volume - By then, the bricks got killed 
3. Tried to start the volume - this fails


[root@transformers ~]# cd /rhs/brick10/vol4
[root@transformers vol4]# cd .glusterfs/
[root@transformers .glusterfs]# cd 00/00/
[root@transformers 00]# ls -l
total 0
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 50 Jun  4 12:48 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001 -> ../../00/00/00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001/.
[root@transformers 00]#
