Description of problem:
Trends tab is not visible in the console.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the latest build.

Actual results:
Trends tab is not seen in the UI

Expected results:
Trends tab should be present

Moving back to MODIFIED as the build is not ready but errata has moved the bugs to ON_QA.

Verified and works with latest build rhsc-3.1.0-0.60.el6.noarch.

With this fix i am able to see the trends tab present in the UI.
