Description of problem: The libconfig from el6 builds cleanly on epel5. I have a package that has substantial improvements if linked against libconfig but this is not present in el5 base or epel. Can you please build this for epel5 so that I might be able to build sslh against it. Since I have a vested interest in this I'm happy to be a maintainer for epel5 of this if that helps out. I've filed this against fedora rawhide as bugzilla complains there is no libconfig component in epel to file against.
