CMake scripts from the vtk-devel package has one annoying bug related to this upstream ticket http://www.paraview.org/Bug/view.php?id=15065 . The problem is that it determines VTK_INSTALL_PREFIX wrongly and because of that it doesn't include /usr/include/vtk directory into the list of include directories. And then cmake projects based on VTK cannot be built successfully. The patch is available on upstream, but not for 6.1 version ( https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/commit/ab4dc579c340167b6b3ae6cd82b3fd645642796a ). It will be nice to have this patch in Fedora 22 package to avoid work around fixes on the application side.
