Looks like this has been fixed in 6.2.0 Using satellite-6.2.0-21.1.el7sat.noarch When trying to sync a repo with an invalid URL, the sync status page is showing "Sync Incomplete". here is a screenshot http://imgur.com/a/miR43 This is the result I would expect.
