Description of problem: Clock widget in panel shows UTC time by default. I can not change it. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): plasma-desktop-5.3.0-6, plasma-workspace-5.3.0-8 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right click clock widget 2. Select settings - time zones 3. Add Copenhagen and deselect UTC 4. Apply, OK Actual results: Clock does not change Expected results: Clock widget should change time display Additional info: I can add an extra time zone, but only by checking the box "change time zone with mouse wheel" and then my local time is always shown with a small font and "CEST" underneath even though "show local time zone" is deselected.
