Description of problem:
The package kmenuedit is not installed by default on the new Fedora 22 KDE Spin.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click the AppMenu Application Laucher
2. Select "Edit Applications..."
KDE Menu Editor opens
After menually installing kmenuedit, the editor did open after step 2.
Yeah, we relied on compose tools (and dnf) to support weak dependencies, but it looks like it still doesn't work reliably.
Will turn into hard dep shortly.
plasma-desktop-5.3.1-3.fc22 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 22.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing plasma-desktop-5.3.1-3.fc22'
as soon as you are able to.
