Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
[WebUI] Unlock option is enabled for all user.

How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Added a user, and set pwd
2. Navigate to User details page
3. Select drop down Actions.
Actual results:
Unlock option is enabled/visible for new user.
Expected results:
Unlock option should disable(greyed out)
The bug doesn't have high enough priority in comparison to other IdM bugs/RFEs for 7.4. Moving to next release. Without sufficient justification it can be moved again later.

Steps:
1. Install ipa server and open webUI
2. login with admin user, Add user testuser1
3. Navigate user details page and click on 'Actions' dropdown
4. Logout and login with added user testuser1
5. Click on 'Actions' dropdown
Actual results:
Unlock option is enabled/visible for new user.
Expected results:
Unlock option should disable(greyed out)
Hence based on above observations marking the bug as failedQA.

Not seeing user.js at below location (not sure if it is a right place)
