Bug 1230092 – 'gluster volume get' on the replica 3 volume shows the quorum-type as 'none', eventhough client-quorum is enabled by default

Doc Text:	When you create a replica 3 volume, client quorum is enabled and set to 'auto' by default. However, it does not get displayed in `gluster volume info <VOLNAME>` or when you explicitly query the option using `gluster volume get <VOLNAME> quorum-type`. It shows that the option is not enabled.

'gluster volume get' shows that the volume has got 'quorum-type' set to 'none'

Expected Result:

'gluster volume get' should get the default value of client-quorum which is 'auto'
