Description Andrew Dahms 2015-06-11 03:49:37 UTC
The 'Maintenance' tab has been removed, and mention of this tab must be removed from the documentation. If any procedures previously performed in the Maintenance tab can be performed via other methods, those procedures must be updated to reflect the new workflow.

Assigning to Shikha for review.

Comment 2 Dave Johnson 2015-06-11 22:45:04 UTC
there is a procedure To Install a Windows SmartProxy for PowerShell in the lifecycle guide, that can be completely removed.

Comment 3 Shikha 2015-06-12 05:02:05 UTC

Hi Shikha,

Thank you for the needinfo request - roger that.

Assigning Suyog as the QA contact.

Suyog - could you verify the change and add an entry to the revision history for this bug so that we can rebuild?

Kind regards,

Andrew

Comment 5 Thom Carlin 2015-06-12 11:46:03 UTC
That section is gone. However, the following needs to be removed from Section 7.11: "In addition, you can use Windows PowerShell to create these methods. If you will be using PowerShell, you must install a SmartProxy on a Windows computer with network access to a CloudForms Management Engine Appliance in the CloudForms Management Engine Zone where you are running Automation"

Comment 7 Shikha 2015-06-15 02:29:03 UTC
Hi Thom,
Thanks for the review and providing feedback. I have removed the paragraph about installing SmartProxy from the introductory para in 7.11.
- Changed from(5.3):
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/CloudForms/3.1/html/Management_Engine_5.3_Lifecycle_and_Automation_Guide/sect-Methods.html#To_install_a_Windows_SmartProxy_for_PowerShell1
- To (5.4-Docbuilder Link):
http://docbuilder.usersys.redhat.com/23041/#sect-Methods1

Regards,
Shikha
