Description of problem:
As of now user has to install xfsprogs manually. Since disk provisioning feature requires xfsprogs to be installed for the brick to be created sucessfully from UI.

xfsprogs should be made as dependency package for vdsm so that it gets installed by default.

vdsm-4.16.16-1.3.el7rhgs.x86_64
