Description of problem:
The symbol XmUPDATE_LEVEL in /usr/X11R6/include/Xm.h has the value 3,
where it should be 2.  This means I can't rely on XmUPDATE_LEVEL when
applying a workaround for a bug that's been fixed in the recent
OpenMotif 2.2.3 release but isn't fixed in the RHEL version of OpenMotif.

This will be fixed in the next update package for RHEL 3.
