perl-POE-Component-Server-Bayeux-0.04-14.fc23 fails to build with perl-5.22 because it requires perl-POE-Component-Server-HTTP which has not yet been rebuilt (bug #1231866). As a result, perl-POE-Component-Server-Bayeux cannot be installed in F23.
