[automation] backup_swift_url is not being set properly

Created attachment 1039347 [details] Packstack answer file Description of problem: The packstack installer is not setting the backup_swift_url option in /etc/cinder/cinder.conf properly. The falue there, after packstack finish to install is backup_swift_url=http://:8080/v1/AUTH_ making the following tempest tests to fail: * tempest.api.volume.admin.test_volumes_backup.VolumesBackupsV1Test.test_volume_backup_create_get_detailed_list_restore_delete * tempest.api.volume.admin.test_volumes_backup.VolumesBackupsV2Test.test_volume_backup_create_get_detailed_list_restore_delete Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): openstack-packstack-puppet-2015.1-0.3.dev1565.gd1211af.el7ost.noarch openstack-packstack-2015.1-0.3.dev1565.gd1211af.el7ost.noarch How reproducible: Every time Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run packstack with the answer file attached 2. Run tempest Actual results: Tempest fails in create volume backup Expected results: Tempest pass when testing volume backup Additional info: Editing the /etc/cinder/cinder.conf and set the backup_swift_url properly and restarting the service with openstack-service restart cinder fix the problem
