Blivet provides only partial device details on any major disk failure. The Storage Devices tab does not show some storage devices if the partition table is corrupted. Workaround: Clean the corrupted partition table using the 'dd' command. All storage devices are then synced to the UI.

Description of problem:
Storage devices list provides partial devices details on partition table corruption in any root device 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Empty the root device which has some partition (can use dd to empty)
2. Check the remaining device using gluster storage devices list


Actual results:
It provides only partial device details

Expected results:
It should ignore such faulty devices

Since there's a limitation in returning the device list in case of device errors, the least we can do is to inform the user that there is a problem.

This bug can be modified to do that.  What do you think?
