Description of problem:
packstack introduced some time ago (after RHEL-OSP6/Juno) a parameter to configure sahara:
CONFIG_SAHARA_INSTALL

There is also CONFIG_SAHARA_HOST, but it is unsupported.

CONFIG_SAHARA_INSTALL=y installs and configures Sahara in the "all-in-one" mode (openstack-sahara-all service/systemd unit) instead of the new, suggested, split mode (separate openstack-sahara-api and openstack-sahara-engine), which is still supported.

The availability of such option should be documented.
Optionally, the steps needed to go from the "all-in-one" mode to the split mode could be documented too.
Also, the puppet modules do not configure logging, so this could be mentioned as well.

Correction: this is not true, logging is now configured out of the box (log_dir set to /var/log/sahara)

While several Packstack scenarios are to be documented as part of the OSP 7 documentation suite, the proof of concept guide is not to be published in this release.

Where are Packstack scenarios going to be documented in the OSP 7 documentation suite (which documents)? And what are the criteria for having another scenario added to the set? The bug was originally filed against the proof of concept guide, but it is really about having the Packstack support for Sahara written down.
