Description of problem:

When a user with filtered access to hosts attempts to access the dashboard he receives an Oops messages. The user has also been give view access to the dashboard.

This issue is still present in upstream, only in the errata widget. 
This is caused when the user has a filtered permission for hosts (in this case, compute_resource = RHEV). Reproduced with 6.2.0 as well.

Update: This was fixed by BZ1391365 for most widgets, however the errata widget needs a similar fix for it to work correctly.
