By clicking on the TaskCoach-starter-icon → nothing happens

By typing "taskcoach" in terminal:

On its homepage, it's recomended to have python2.7 and wxPhyton 2.8.9.2-unicode (or newer).

wxPython and wxPython-devel are also installed with the version: 3.0.*
