Description of problem:
Changes are not reflected in UI when use_meta_volume option is set to false

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhsc-3.1.0-0.60.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a geo rep session.
2. Click master volume subtab-> Geo Replication-> Options.
3. Change use_meta_volume option to false and click ok.
4. Again open Options tab and verify the option is set correctly.

Actual results:
use_meta_volume option is set to false in cli , but in UI it remains 'true'

Expected results:
UI should reflect the change when use_meta_volume option is set to false

Verified the fix in build,
rhsc-3.1.0-0.62.el6.noarch

UI reflects the change when use_meta_volume option is set to false
