Description of problem:
Meter "network.services.lb.health_monitor" can be obtained via notification and vai pollster.
But those to methods are using different 'Unit' for the counter:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

2015.1.0-2.el7ost.noarch

Bug was fixed upstream.
