The reload button as well as the tool tip is not translated. 2. The 'Requests, is in English. 3. 'Approved', 'denied', 'pending approval' are displayed in English. 4. Fixed in 5.6, moving to ON_QA for verification.

As some of the reported strings are still in English in the 5.6.0.10-rc2.1 version, moving bug to Assigned as of now.
