Description of problem:
In IE11, when you move components in large diagrams, sometimes the diagram gets messed up. See attached BP and video.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
bpmsuite-6.1.0.GA

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached BP
2. Try moving activities, lines etc.
3. Sometimes the diagram goes very wrong.

When moving a component to a different place it causes a lot of issues. see the attached Move_Annotation_Problem.mp4.

Moving TextAnnotations in swimlanes causes a problem because the BPMN2.0 specification does not allow TextAnnotations or Groups to be contained within swimlanes.

Because of the nature of the problem, it needs to be fixed at a later date rather than immediately.

Note that the current behaviour of TextAnnotations and Groups in swimlanes is much better in Firefox and Chrome than in IE11.
