Can you please provide more information on where this button is located? I've tried the likely places on my testing setup, but can't see what you're referring to.

yes sure, 
1. go to clusters tab
2. click on your cluster 
3. go to hosts sub tub 
4. choose one of your hosts 
5  the button 'Sync MoM Policy' is on the left upper corner of the sub tab
