Doc Text:
Cause: When engine-setup was upgrading Reports, it exported ad-hoc reports using a wrong url having a leading '/'. So nothing was actually exported. Consequence: ad-hoc/saved reports were removed. Fix: The code was changed to remove leading and trailing slashes from the configured url. Result: ad-hoc/saved reports are now correctly exported and imported during upgrade.
