Description of problem:

tried to update the packages using " openstack overcloud update stack --plan overcloud overcloud" command and got :
ERROR: openstack ERROR: Parameter 'Cinder-Storage-1::Flavor' is invalid: Error validating value u'': The Flavor ID () could not be found.

$ rpm -qa | grep rhos
rhos-release-0.62-1.noarch
[stack@instack ~]$ rpm -qa | grep osc
python-rdomanager-oscplugin-0.0.8-6.el7ost.noarch


How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have undercloud and overcloud deployed
2. updated rhos-release
sudo rpm -ivh http://rhos-release.virt.bos.redhat.com/repos/rhos-release/rhos-release-latest.noarch.rpm
3. enable puddle (as mburns mentioned in the email for latest puddle)
sudo rhos-release -p 2015-06-23.14 -d 7-director
sudo rhos-release 7


Actual results:

ERROR: openstack ERROR: Parameter 'Cinder-Storage-1::Flavor' is invalid: Error validating value u'': The Flavor ID () could not be found.
