Description of problem:
When deploying with Tuskar, ie not with --use-tripleo-heat-templates, a Tuskar plan must be specified, either with --plan or --plan-uuid. If not, an error message is given:

ERROR: openstack 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'isdigit'

tested python-rdomanager-oscplugin-0.0.10-1.el7ost.noarch

Actual result after fix :
$ openstack overcloud deploy --ceph-storage-scale 1 -t 60

openstack overcloud deploy: error: one of the arguments --plan --templates is required
