This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Previously, when opening TCP connections for Remote Procedure Call (RPC) traffic, memory was being lost during the setting up of the connection. This update fixes the memory leak, and memory is now correctly freed after the connection is set up.
