Description of problem: python-psutil fails to install on fc22


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): x86_64          2.1.3-1.fc22


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install python-psutil
2. Fails. See below

Actual results:
Error unpacking rpm package python-psutil-2.1.3-1.fc22.x86_64
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/psutil-2.1.3-py2.7.egg-info: cpio: rename
python-psutil-2.1.3-1.fc22.x86_64 was supposed to be installed but is not!
  Verifying   : python-psutil-2.1.3-1.fc22.x86_64

I'm unable to duplicate this locally.  "cpio: rename" are sometimes the result of having run "sudo pip install somepackage" some time int he past, and pip's file structure colliding with the one maintained by yum/dnf.
