Description of problem:

Requiring the kernel package complicates installing into containers - see https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2014-March/196565.html

This was dropped from the Fedora package, it should be dropped from RHEL as well.

Requirement is dropped for RHEL-7.2 rebase.
