Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

In main dashboard there are two widgets:

* Task Status
* Latest Warning/Error tasks

Testing "Task Status" widget:

[
Legend:
+ = Good
- = Bad
]

+ I correctly see "State", "Result", "No. of tasks" values
+ counts seem correct
+ links take user to proper page for tasks
+ stopped/error and stopped/warning tasks are in red (which I suppose is expected behavior)
- One minor nit: paused/pending tasks also appear in red, which is confusing, contextually, perhaps. WORKAROUND: none

Testing "Latest Warning/Error Tasks"

* Title URL back to tasks work and provides correct data (an accurate snapshot of what the individual task threw)
* I correctly see "Name", "State", "Result"
* Individual failure/warning link back to proper page

In both cases:
+ Widgets can be moved around etc. It does seems like they may be a bit 'sticky' but maybe that's just the entire page. I was eventually able to get them lined up properly eventually.
- Widgets, when "closed", do not immediately appear when user re-selects them from "Manage Dashboard > Restore Widgets"; this is unlike the behavior of other widgets that immediately appear once restored. WORKAROUND: reload page after restoring or "Manage Dashboard > Reset to default"

I think this is reasonable verified (and new bz will be written up for the "-" above) but will talk w/ devs to make sure we've covered all the bases before verifying

New BZs against this feature:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1246240
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1246244

Otherwise, things look good. Consider this verified in Snap 14.
