Description of problem:

The drop-down menu is too small and therefore does not displays the full text

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to oVirt in French 
2. Go to "Guidez-moi" - "Ajouter un nouveau Cluster" - "Strategy de planification"
3. Under "Propriétés", look at the drop-down menu "Veuillez sélectionner une"


Actual results:
The last word of the string is not displayed 

Expected results:
The full string should be displayed ("Veuillez sélectionner une valeur")

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
