According to https://pypi.python.org/pypi/qrcode and changelog upstream seems to support python3 in qrcode, yet qrcode packaged in Fedora lacks python3 subpackage. Add and build python-qrcode with python3 subpackage.

Created attachment 1050766 [details] Patch for specfile Here is my proposed patch. It updates the package to the latest version and adds python3 subpackages. Note that the new version also provides some tests, but I was unable to run them without errors on any Python version, so for now I kept the old %check. Let me know, if you have any objections. If not, I will push it in a few days.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle. Changing version to '23'.
