Description of problem:
Zone dropdown becomes readonly

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.4.0.5.20150605150206_7daa1a8

How reproducible:
Very

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Crate a new zone from Configure ==> Configuration ==> Settings ==> Region ==> Zones (say ramesh-zone)
2. From default zone server (say Server: EVM [1] (current)) ==> zone ==> change it from default to the above created one (say ramesh-zone)
3. Now delete the created zone and check for the zone value in Server: EVM [1] (current)

Actual results:
Zone dropdown becomes readonly and displays created zone value (i.e., ramesh-zone)


Expected results:
Should display default value
