Volume snapshot restore does not work if geo-replication enabled for a volume
Last modified: 2018-01-30 06:41:00 EST
Description of problem: Of a geo-replication session is enabled for a volume, and we try to restore the volume to the state of an existing snapshot, the restore fails with error saying "No such snapshot exists for the slave volume" Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.1 How reproducible: Alway Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create two clusters with names master-cluster and slave-cluster 2. Create a volume master-vol in master-cluster 3. Create a volume slave-vol in slave-cluster 4. Setup a geo-replication between master-vol and slave-vol 5. Create a snapshot for master-vol from UI (It creates a snapshot for the slave-vol as well seamlessly) 6. Restore the master-vol to the state of created snapshot in step-5 Actual results: Snapshot restore fails with error saying "No such snapshot available for slave-vol" Expected results: Snapshot restore should be successful and restore the slave-vol as well to the respective snapshot seamlessly.
