Description of problem: PulseAudio is built without speex and libsamplerate support: % pulseaudio --dump-resample-methods trivial ffmpeg auto copy peaks I think that speex support is not built because of an error in the package's build requirements: speex-devel should be replaced with speexdsp-devel. libsamplerate support was deprecated and disabled by default by PulseAudio, so it either should be explicitly enabled, or libsamplerate should be dropped from the package's build requirements.
