Steps to Reproduce:

1.Create a volume and un tar linux kernel and then enable bitd
2.while bitd is crawling the files, kill the brick and and bring back using CLI 
3.After some time kill the brick and stop the volume and start the volume 

Actual results:
============
Bitd crashed

OK, looks like the reborp notify crash is back again (after ~3 months of hibernation) and it's pretty hard to hit this case.
