Description of problem: ======================= Rebalance failed after add-brick in a 4+2 config. Create 1x(4+2) volume. Fuse mounted on the client and created huge number of files and directories. Added bricks and started rebalance and it failed. verified this on 3.7.1-11 build and didn't see the rebalance failure. Marking this as fixed.
