Previously, virtual machine on RHEVM started slowly and, as a result could not run VM because it was in Powering Up status, encountered during phase autostart_destination. This bug has been fixed by creating a loop in the state machine after requesting the VM boot; requeue 120 times, if the VM still hasn't started it will raise an error to fail the provision.
