Description Lawrence Lim 2004-05-24 02:32:42 EDT
Description of problem:
Currently, when inputing Indic characters, such as Hindi or Gujarati,
it shows two boxs like this: '[] []'. Is it possible to put something
more meaningful onto the applet like the rest of the LE.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
- FC2 (Stable)
- im-sdk-11.4-43

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. GTK_IM_MODULE=iiim gedit
2. add Hindi Language to the GIMLET
3. select Hindi in GIMLET and proceed with typing

Actual results:
'[] []'

Expected results:
Something meaning such as 'Hindi' when it is selected or Hindi in its
native form.
