Requirement: Document changes to the constraint editor, updates to process for entering constraints in the process designer

This feature has been indicated as a BxMS 6.2 requirement.

Use case: This is listed as a Blocker for the 6.2 release, however it is unclear how much documentation is required for this feature. Contact Joe Sniezek from UXD for information about documentation requirement.
